Anoor Bay Sign

The overhead location sign a tugger operator reads and scans from the aisle, designed from the driver's seat. The bay code in big raised letters (about 1.6 in tall for a six-character code on a 9.4 × 5.9 in face, readable from 50 ft) and a Code 128 with bars up to 2.2 mm wide and 2 in tall, set flush into a matte face so an extended-range imager reads it from 35 ft and more. A flange along the top edge, with four slots for zip ties or #10 screws, mounts flat under a beam or truss chord and holds the face tilted 35° down toward the aisle, so every sign in the aisle hangs the same. Optional direction arrows.

Printed: paste your bay list, one sign per line. Blank: a plain face with a shallow well for a standard 6 × 4 in thermal label, for your own printer. Modular: a rail frame with snap-in character tiles (0–9, A–Z, dash) and a barcode tile, locked by an end clip, so a re-slotted bay gets a new tile pack instead of a new sign. One side, or two halves flange to flange for a cross-aisle.
