Nesting Boxes

A Russian-doll set of hinged boxes, three to eight of them, each one living inside the next. Closed, it is one box on a desk; opened, it is as many as you asked for, each with its own lid and latch.

Every box is made open and flat with the pin already through the hinge — nothing to assemble, nothing to glue. They nest base inside base and lid inside lid. The name on the biggest. PETG, because the hinge is the part that gets worked.
